Leah Stockley
Founder

Leah Stockley is an organisational psychologist who works with CEOs and leaders to drive lasting change that improves company results whilst enhancing people’s experience. She’s the founder of Let’s Flow and created the global ACT! Leadership Community, System, and Academy based on her 25 years of experience in the corporate trenches.

Leah’s corporate career spans global banks, consultancies, FinTech, and start-ups, leading teams of up to 700 people across business and technology. Yet it was her first leadership role, aged 14 and running a British pub kitchen at the weekends, that shaped her leadership style of achieving great results by earning the respect of her team. Over the next 35 years of leading and being led she recognised the outsized influence leaders have on improving how work gets done. To deepen her understanding, she undertook an MSc in Organisational Psychology in 2023, specialising in Leadership and Change.

Leah combines a deep understanding of people at work with hard-won project delivery experience. Together with her years of experimenting with Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and driving large-scale change, she brings a unique, systems-based, practical perspective to leadership development.
