This wasn’t your destination.
This is your Stopover.
Redundancy gives you time you didn't ask for. The Stopover is a structured programme that turns it into something you can use: clarity on what's next, a plan, and a network of mid-to-senior professionals building theirs alongside you.
Stopover (noun)The space between what was and what's next.
Wherever you are in the transition
The programme works for you whether you're still on notice, freshly out, or a few months in. What matters is that you have a window, and you want to use it well.
Still on notice
Still being paid. The shock has settled. This is the ideal window, income, time, and enough distance from the announcement to think clearly about what comes next.
"I want to use this time properly, not just apply for the first thing I see."
Just finished
Breathing for the first time in months. Using the early weeks to decompress and think properly, not to react. You want to do this right, not just do it fast.
"I finally have space to think. I don't want to waste it jumping straight back in."
A few months out
Beginning to feel the pressure. The initial confidence has given way. You need structure, community, and a way to stop panic from driving every decision.
"I've been applying everywhere. I need to step back and think about what I actually want."
Not another career programme
CV workshops, recruiters, job boards: the mechanics of a job search are well covered. This programme is for what they don't touch, who you are outside the title, and what you actually want next.
THIS IS NOT
A job search programme
A CV and interview workshop
A networking event
One-to-one coaching
Another webinar series
A programme about getting a job quickly
THIS IS
A structured facilitated programme
Identity, values, & strengths work
Grounded possibility thinking
A community of peers
A narrative you own
A practical plan you walk away with
Seven sessions. Three months.
The programme moves through three phases. First, you ground: process what's happened and rebuild trust before anything else. Then you explore who you are outside the job title, with your financial runway, risk appetite and non-negotiables in the mix early, not left for later. Finally, you build: a direction, a narrative you can say out loud, a 90-day plan and a commitment the group holds you to.
