Coaching that sees the whole picture

Good coaching works with the person. Great coaching works with the person and the system they're operating in. That's the difference we bring.

Meet your Coaches

A woman with blonde hair smiling and wearing a white top, standing outdoors near a building. This is Leah Stockley, the founder of Let's Flow

Leah Stockley

Founder Let's Flow | ACT!™ Leadership System | MSc Organisational Psychology

Focus

C-suite leaders and leadership teams, not because they lack capability but because it is hard to see from within, how the system around them is working against them.

What Leah brings

Leah has spent 25+ years inside the kinds of organisations she now helps leaders navigate. Within global banks, consultancies, FinTechs and start-ups, she has led teams from 3 to 700 people and driven global-scale transformations from the inside. The ACT! Leadership System™ has been built from that lived experience.

That background means Leah deeply understands the pressures, the politics and the structural constraints in a way that many coaches can’t.

Leah’s MSc in Organisational Psychology gives her the rigour to identify root causes and make sense of what she sees. Her forthcoming book, Momentum: The Leader’s Path to Thriving Organisations and People, reflects a belief she brings to every engagement, that real change happens through clarity and understanding combined with small, deliberate steps.

Raj Bharij

Founder Let's Flow | Certified Professional Co-active Coach | ICF ACC

Focus

People in the middle of change, navigating transformation, a role transition, or a moment where what got them here doesn't feel like it will get them where they need to go next.

What Raj brings

Raj has spent his career on the inside of change, with extensive experience in global banking and financial services, director-level roles, agile transformations and building people capability programmes from the ground up. He has lived through the uncertainty and identity shifts that come with working in organisations that are constantly evolving.

That personal experience, combined with a consultancy background across multiple industries and geographies, means he understands not just the strategic picture but what change actually feels like for the person going through it.

Raj’scoaching credentials reflect a deep commitment to the craft of coaching. What he brings above all else is the ability to sit alongside someone in a genuinely difficult moment and help them find clarity and a way forward.

Kellie Lucas

Founding Partner Let's Flow | Author | NLP Master Practitioner | DIME Cycle™

Focus

Leaders & teams who sense that how they and the systems around them are leading is no longer working for the people or their organisations and are ready to do something about it.

What Kellie brings

Kellie has spent 25+ years working at the intersection of people, purpose and organisational growth; across global technology companies, SaaS, banking, consultancy and international development. That breadth is deliberate. It has given her a rare ability to see both the human and the systemic at the same time.

She is the author of The Customer Success Pioneer and the host of the Inspiring Future Leaders podcast. Her work as Director of Challenging Heights, a non-profit protecting children from exploitation in Ghana, reflects the same conviction that runs through everything she does: that people are not a cost to be managed. They are the point.

Kellie's coaching draws on NLP, mentoring practice and nearly thirty years of lived leadership experience. What she brings is the ability to help people see what they already know but haven't yet found the words for and then find the courage and clarity to act on it.
